Higher Efficiency

1. Neck adapter

  • Enables quick and simple machine application to various diameter neck finish.

2. Air distribution valve

  • Monoblock (three in one) system automatically allocate air during preblowing, blowing and exhaust stages. In addition to increased PET container quality the air savings result.

3. Heating oven

  • Upside down PET preform positioning prevents from contamination during heating phase.
  • Adjustable heating zone enables production of high quality containers and energy savings.

4. Effective neck cooling system

  • Preform neck is cooled using filtered ambient air. The prefrom neck stays cool and stiff during the blow moulding process.
  • This requires smaller chiller and less energy.

5. PET preform transporter

  • Comfortable placement and removal of the preforms during production.
  • Easy adjustment for different neck finishes.
